This year’s CTMAI-Boat Cruise took place during the INTA Meeting in San Diego on Tuesday, May 17, 2005.

Over 150 persons had registered and came to the event. Trademark experts, guests and friends from around the world attended. As in previous years, the members of the CTM Advisory Initiative Munich had set up an interesting program including a quiz on European trademark and design issues.

As can be gathered from these and the following pictures there was enough time to meet new people, enjoy the views from the boat onto the city and learn some interesting new legal aspects.

It was wonderful having you on board and we hope to see you in Toronto 2006!

PRIZES & AWARDS

The winner of the quiz on the Amsterdam Boat Cruise in the year 2003, RonitBarzik-Soffer, Reihold Cohn & Partners, Israel (right), had the duty to draw the winners this year

Alexandra Beschorner with the happy winner after the event.

Ingo Brückner, DaimlerChrysler AG,
is awarded by Peter Müller with a superb first prize:

A round trip via plane (steered by Peter Müller himself) over the Alps

We admit that this year’s contest including seven questions on European trademark and design
issues were difficult.

Even though none of the participants answered all questions correctly there were 10 attendees who got six out of the the seven questions right. A winner was drawn.......

...... and the winner is........
