Patrick Baronikians, born 1968, is specialized in intellectual property law, in particular trademark law including work titles and domains. After his studies at the Law Faculty of the University in Munich he worked as assistant at the Max-Planck-Institute for International and Foreign Patent, Copyright and Competition Law, where he earned a doctorate in 1998. He is admitted to the Munich bar since 1997. Patrick is a member of INTA where he also serves in a committee, of AIPPI as well as of GRUR (German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright) and LES. He is author of several articles regarding intellectual property law and made contributions to several legal handbooks (Handbook of Music Law, Handbook of Film Law, Law in the Internet).
