Alexandra Beschorner is an Attorney at Law and Junior Partner at the Intellectual Property Law Firm Kuhnen & Wacker based in Freising, Germany – located next to Munich Airport. Alexandra is specialized in the fields of licensing, trademark, design, competition and copyright law.

Prior to joining Kuhnen & Wacker in January 2003, Alexandra worked for three and a half years at a Munich partnership of lawyers mainly active in the IP sector. Between 2001 and 2003 she headed the art licensing sector of the legal department of MM Merchandising München GmbH / ArtMerchandising & Media AG, a well-known and one of the largest merchandising and licensing agencies in Germany.

Alexandra now manages at Kuhnen & Wacker major trademark and copyright portfolios from a wide variety of industries, including media, merchandising, film, automobile, pharmaceutical, clothing, food, e-commerce, computer hardware and software. Besides counseling clients in identifying, clearing, evaluating and protecting IP portfolios she is responsible for the legal and strategic planning of their licensing activities throughout Europe.
