Dr. Martin Friese is partner of the intellectual property firm ANDRAE FLACH HAUG which is based in Munich and Rosenheim and has excellent connections to all patent and trademark institutions of Germany and Europe. With the firm’s history dating back to the first half of the 20th century, all partners have many years of experience in working for innovative companies in all areas of industry and commerce. Dr. Martin Friese studied general physics and obtained a doctorate for work on an interdisciplinary research project at the Technical University of Munich. He is professional representative before the Community Trade Mark Office in Alicante, the German Patent and Trademark Office in Munich and the European Patent Office. His key areas of work comprise all kinds of consultancy, representation and participation in national and international disputes in trademark, design and patent matters.
